Slime Plight is my submission for Crimson Jam: Retro.

I had a lot of time pressure on this one, so lots of the last hours were very frantic (I literally felt like fainting) but luckily I was able to submit it.

This game, especially its art, sounds, and music, was mostly inspired by games from consoles like the Commodore 64 and the Amiga.

Well, I hope you enjoy it!

PLOT:

You are a sorcerer and you love your pet slimes. You keep them safe in their own respective pens. However, one day, the slimes started escaping their pens! It is now up to you to control them and put them back where they belong, otherwise it's game over!

CONTROLS:

Left mouse button: Teleport green slimes

Right mouse button: Teleport orange slimes

Scroll up / Scroll down (mouse wheel): Kill pink slimes (check the arrows on their design to see which direction to scroll in!)

The purple slimes at the top represent your lives, by the way. When a slime leaves the screen, then you lose a life. Lose all lives and it is game over.
